Whether Willie Ferguson’s watching the weather or any other channel he’s tuned into Charter Cable. He says his bill gets bigger, but without choices this long-time Charter customer can’t flip to another provider. “I don’t like it but there ain’t nothing we can do if you want to watch TV. I like TV,he says.

And I’m tired of it. And I know the citizens are tired of it, he says.
That’s why he’s calling for the county council to hold a public hearing so residents can voice their cable concerns. Trout says he received more than 50 cable-related complaints from his district alone and he says county offices logged more than 100 complaints last year. Most concerns deal with rates and service and Trout says until now county offices have done little to help customers like Willie. “I wish someone else could step in and give us choices,says Willie. We tried contacting Charter for this story, but were not able to get a comment from them.
